We are looking for Part time Community Facilitators to provide support (rehabilitation, community access, personal care etc.) to Members pursuing their personal visions. You should be innovative and community-focused with experience in community-based supportive living services as well as be knowledgeable about brain injury, community development, Personal Outcomes and/or behavioural technologies. Documented training in a human-services field and crisis prevention/intervention is desirable.
Bilingual fluency in French and English is strongly preferred.
